The Miramar Landing Homeowners Association, Inc. is a corporation governed by a Board of Directors comprised of five members elected by the general membership. The five members serve alternating terms as the officers of the Association. Board members act on a volunteer basis and receive no remuneration for their service. The Homeowner’s Association, through the Board of Directors, deals with many issues, including but not limited to, neighborhood safety, architectural control, maintenance and improvement of common areas, and promoting a sense of community. The Association strives to ensure that Miramar Landing is preserved principally for high quality residential use.
The mission of the Miramar Landing Homeowners Association, Inc. is to provide for the maintenance, care, and preservation of the open spaces and common areas within the community and to promote the recreation, health, safety, and welfare of the residents within the community.
