So much FUN is planned, we are going to bring the Food and Activities; just need you to bring the Family and Yourself:

SIGN UP by emailing [email protected] with (Name, Address, Phone#) information. (Children 8 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult.)

PICK UP your wristband(s) ahead of time. (See Wristband Information below)

§ FOOD: 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm (or until the food trucks run out; whichever comes first)

 

§ AIRBRUSH FACE PAINTING and BALLOON SCULPTING: 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm

 

§ FOZEN TREATS: 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm

 

§ GAMES: 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm

 

§ ARTS & CRAFTS TABLE: 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm

§ GVC – Nature Scavenger Hunt for Kids: 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm

§ $50 Free Raffle

§ Big back to school item give away.

Wristband Distribution:

Although the fun and games are free to all Miramar Landing residents, wristbands will be used as your “admission ticket.” YOU MUST SIGN-UP and PICK-UP your wristband(s). This is how we are planning the headcount for food.

The following times are available to pick up your wristband(s):

• July 13 & 14 @ 6:30 – 7:30 pm at Tinker/Sherman Pavilion @ 734 Sherman Rd

 

• July 17, 18, 20 & 21 @ 6:30 – 7:30 pm at Tinker/Sherman Pavilion @ 734 Sherman Rd

 

• July 24, 25, 27 & 28 @ 6:30 – 7:30 pm at Tinker/Sherman Pavilion @ 734 Sherman Rd

 

• July 31, August 1 & 3 @ 6:30 – 7:30 pm at Tinker/Sherman Pavilion @ 734 Sherman Rd

 

• If you are unable to pick up your wristband on any of these days or we have inclement weather on pick-up day, email [email protected] for other arrangements.

 

PLEASE BRING A FORM OF ID TO PICK UP YOUR WRISTBAND(S).

 

We can never have enough volunteers, so if you can donate time, we are looking for the following people:
