This notice is being sent as a reminder that the Reconvened Annual Meeting for Miramar Landing Homeowners Association, Inc. is being held on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom Video Conferencing.

The purpose of this meeting will be to elect one (1) new member to the Board of Directors, and any such other business as may properly come before the Board.

Attached you will find the candidate resume for those running for the open seats on the Board, in addition to a proxy ballot to complete and return per the below instructions if you are unable to attend the meeting.

The completed proxy must be returned no later than Tuesday, August 23rd at 4:00 p.m. and can be sent via email to mmerckel@tidewaterproperty.com, via FAX at 443-548-0196, or via U.S. mail to Miramar Landing Homeowners Association, Inc., c/o Tidewater Property Management, 3600 Crondall Lane, Suite 100, Owings Mills, MD 21117.
