 The purpose of this meeting will be to elect two (2) new members to the Board of Directors, and any such other business as may properly come before the Board.

In anticipation of the upcoming election, we are also sending the enclosed proxy ballot. Please complete and return the enclosed proxy no later than 12:00PM on Tuesday, July 11, 2023.
