This notice is being sent to inform you that the Annual Meeting for Miramar Landing Homeowners Association, Inc. will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom Video Conferencing.

The purpose of this meeting will be to elect one (1) new member to the Board of Directors, and any such other business as may properly come before the Board.
If you are a homeowner in good standing and wish to be nominated, please complete and return the enclosed Candidate Resume no later than 12:00 p.m. on Monday, June 20, 2022, so that your name may be included on the proxy and ballot. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor at the meeting.
